What We Offer
A great cardio and strength workout choreographed to high energy music. A routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform adjusted to a height you desire, based on fitness level.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Quicktone gives you a total body workout. The ideal workout for anyone loooking to get fit fast.
A cardio class that will get your heart beating using fitness sticks. Smash is a combo of lower body and lower impact static moves paired with drum beat movements that fit to the beat of your favorite songs.
A high intensity cardio workout using punches, kicks, squats, and lunges in a 40 sec on 10 sec off alternation. Challenge your body and mind with various combinations of these movements. Each class will be followed up with a glute targeting circuit.
A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. This type of workout is a form of HIIT that aims to yield the most benefits of a workout in a short amount of time.
High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. "My sister made her dreams a reality. I was the BIGGEST SKEPTIC! I refused to be in pictures. Hated what I saw in the mirror and was headed down a road of serious health problems and then I caved in and said what the hell. What have I got to lose. It took so much pushing from Kimberly to get me in there. It was a losing battle most of the time but I FINALLY gave in. I'm not where I want to be and every day is a struggle. "As a former Marine who has been not as lean in the recent years, I knew I needed guidance to achieve my goals that were beyond the treadmill. I visited the gym during their free group evening sessions and I immediately recognized traits in Kim that could help me achieve my goals. Once a member, I began training with her three times a week. Kim's years of experience in the fitness realm allowed me to feel relaxed knowing I could trust the plan she had for me. Kim has a rich understanding of the physiological components of the body.
